Recently, relaxation noise has become very popular. There are 3 types: White, Pink, and Brown noise.
If you want to generate relaxation noise for broadcast on your radio or for personal use, we'll show you how to create it. We'll be using Audacity for this demonstration, but the process is very similar in most other audio editing software.
Open a new file, then select Generate from the menu, then click on Noise:
After that, you choose which type of noise you want, White, Pink or Brown, and what length.
We chose White Noise.
Noise is often used as a tool to aid sleep, improve concentration while studying, and, and relaxation.
